Kairo provides AI-powered analysis of publicly available business reviews from Google Business Profile and other platforms. We generate intelligence reports based on this publicly available data.
The Service is provided on a per-analysis basis. Each purchase grants you one intelligence report for the specified business or URL provided.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Pricing for our Service is displayed on our website. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required before report generation begins.
Launch pricing and promotional offers are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.
Reports are delivered in under 1 hour. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Reports are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kairo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Reports generated for you are provided for your personal or business use. You may not resell or redistribute reports as a commercial product or service.
Our Service analyzes publicly available review data from third-party platforms including Google Business Profile. We do not own or control these platforms and are not responsible for their content or availability.
The accuracy and completeness of our reports depend on the quality and availability of publicly available data. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate analysis but do not guarantee the accuracy of underlying review data.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Reports are provided as intelligence and analysis tools and should not be considered as professional advice.
In no event shall Kairo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kairo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
